Orders

How to place an order?
Go to the De Lamour Presents website, choose a gift, choose "add to cart" option. You will be transferred to a new tab where you will find information about the products in the basket. Read the regulations and privacy policy and click "Order and pay".
How to modify an order?
To make changes to the order, please, contact the Customer Service Department at +48 22 602 27 14 or write an email shop@lamourbears.com.
How do I get a VAT invoice?
We kindly inform, that we make invoices only for Polish companies. After placing the order, please provide the order number and invoice details via e-mail to the Customer Service Department shop@lamourbears.com.

How do I track a package?
The tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address from which the order was placed.
What happens if the courier does not find anyone at the address indicated?

Can I indicate a specific day on which I expect the parcel to be delivered?
Yes. In the comments, while placing the order, please indicate the date of delivery / shipment.
Is there shipping on weekends?
We do not deliver on Sunday. The cost of shipping on Saturday - 4,5 euro.
Can you send a package to someone anonymously?
Yes, it is. Please enter the recipient's details in the order.

If needed to return the order, please, follow the steps below:

1. Fill the return and attach it to the package. Download the form

2. Returning the product, please send it back with all accessories/additions and a copy of the check/invoice.
